Embroidery machine price in Bangladesh (2026): what actually drives the number

Four things move the price of a computerized embroidery machine, and everything else is noise.

1. Head count

We build 20 to 60 heads as standard, and larger sizes on request. Price scales almost linearly with heads, so buying more heads than your order book needs is the most expensive mistake in this industry.

2. Needles per head

6 colour thread is standard on sequins machines; 9 colour work is also possible. More needles means fewer thread changes, not more speed.

3. Devices

Sequin, double sequin, boring, laser cutting, beads, easy cording and taping each add cost. Laser cutting and beads are very updated machines for dress manufacturers and carry the biggest premium.

4. Speed and body

High speed means 1200 rpm, super high speed 1500 rpm. The body beam (400×400×12, 400×400×14 or 400×500×12) and the number of back supports — 3, 4, 5, 6 up to 10 according to machine length — decide how well the machine holds that speed for 15 years.

Use the production calculator on this site before you compare two prices. A cheaper machine that runs slower is not cheaper.
