How long does delivery take on an LC machine?
About 55 days from the down payment to delivery. Machines already on our floor are ready stock — you pay cash and take delivery the same week.
How do I pay?
Three ways: cash for a ready-stock machine, down payment plus LC for an imported machine, and from your second purchase we accept instalments — 6-month or 12-month EMI.
What is the warranty?
15 months warranty on every machine, plus lifetime engineering support — our engineers stay with the machine for as long as you run it.
How many heads should I buy?
We build 20 to 60 heads as standard and larger sizes on request. Tell us your daily target and the design you run — we will work the head count out with you instead of selling you a bigger machine than you need.
How much can one machine produce?
7 lakh+ stitches per 12-hour shift. Use the production calculator on this site to see what that means in pieces and taka for your own design.
What speed do the machines run at?
High speed means 1200 rpm and super high speed means 1500 rpm. Sequins work runs at 1200 rpm and easy cording work at 1350 rpm.
